New advisers join the team

Clair Everest and Gordon Stewart have joined EMB Ltd working in the Adviser Team delivering advice and support to Lincolnshire based businesses on behalf of the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub.

Clair Everest joins the team as the Front-Line Adviser. In her role, Clair will be a crucial first point of contact for many SMEs accessing support via the Growth Hub, providing an initial triage and signposting service, as well as working with early stage and lifestyle businesses across Greater Lincolnshire.

Clair brings over 20 years of business experience, having run her own successful business for over two decades, she has built a strong background in sales, marketing and commercial development. Throughout her career, Clair has always enjoyed connecting with people, building trust and using her business knowledge to offer practical and meaningful support.

Clair said “I am especially passionate about supporting Lincolnshire’s SME businesses to grow, thrive and succeed. I understand the dedication, resilience and hard work that go into running a business, and I feel privileged to be able to support businesses on that journey. For me, it’s about building sincere relationships, listening carefully and helping people feel confident, encouraged and connected to the right support”.

Gordon Stewart joins the team as High Growth Adviser, supporting ambitious businesses across Greater Lincolnshire that are looking to scale, improve productivity, and unlock new opportunities.

Having spent many years working with SMEs across Lincolnshire and beyond, Gordon brings a wealth of experience in helping businesses to tackle challenges, improve performance, and plan for growth. Gordon enjoys building strong relationships with business owners and providing practical advice to help them to move forward with confidence.

Gordon said: “I’ve always enjoyed helping businesses grow and succeed. Every business is different, and I enjoy working alongside owners and leadership teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support them on their growth journey”.
