Learning and Development
EMB's Learning and Development Strategy develops and promotes
our best talent and creates a supportive environment in which all
employees can grow.
EMB supports capacity building and knowledge transfer both on
the job and through business related events and workshops. Our
people development activities are supported by the use of our
on-line learning tool known internally as 'Learning Academy'. This
tool enables staff to manage their own Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) activities and performance.

Our endorsed modular programme provides practising managers,
both new and existing, with the opportunity to prove and
demonstrate their competence in the role of management. Our primary
