EMB has successfully sourced the right training provision for
thousands of employees, helping them develop new skills that meet
the needs of the business.
We have also supported many senior decision makers to further
develop their leadership and
management skills through individual support and the
creation of personal development plans. EMB works with training
suppliers from the public and the private sectors and has close
relationships with Sector Skills Councils.
Every year, we also work with people from all kinds of
backgrounds, supporting them to overcome personal barriers and
unlock their potential by exploring self employment.
We help people develop their confidence and ensure they are
supported to develop the right skills and gain the appropriate
information to succeed. We do this through a combination of
face-to-face advice and support, group workshops and online
information, phone, email or instant messaging.
EMB has been instrumental in helping me access
support and assistance to develop new skills as the business
continues to grow.
